Employer Fair Usage Policy
This policy sets out the standards and responsibilities for all employers using KaaZ to hire talent.

1. Purpose
This Employer Fair Usage Policy ("Policy") governs how employers may use the KaaZ platform to post jobs, search for candidates, and manage the hiring process. It exists to ensure a fair, respectful, and legally compliant experience for all users.
2. Employer Eligibility
- Employer accounts must represent a legitimate, registered business entity.
- You must have the authority to post jobs and make hiring decisions on behalf of your organisation.
- Misrepresenting your company or using a fictitious employer identity is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts found to be fraudulent will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
3. Job Posting Standards
All job postings on KaaZ must:
- Be genuine: Only post roles that are currently open and actively being recruited for.
- Be accurate: Job title, description, salary range, and location must accurately reflect the role.
- Be lawful: Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws, including non-discrimination regulations.
- Not be duplicated: Do not post the same role multiple times to inflate visibility.
- Not contain misleading terms: Avoid vague titles like "Earn money from home" without clear job descriptions.
4. Candidate Data Usage
When you access candidate profiles or receive applications, you agree to:
- Use candidate data only for the purpose of evaluating applications for the roles you have posted.
- Not share candidate data with any third parties outside your organisation without the candidate's explicit consent.
- Not use candidate contact information for unsolicited marketing or outreach unrelated to hiring.
- Delete or anonymise candidate data when it is no longer required for hiring purposes.
- Comply with applicable data protection legislation, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Communication Standards
- Communicate with candidates in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Respond to applications in a timely manner wherever possible.
- Inform candidates of the outcome of their application.
- Do not make discriminatory, offensive, or harassing comments to candidates.
6. Fair Hiring Practices
KaaZ is committed to equal opportunity employment. Employers agree not to discriminate against candidates on the basis of:
- Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
- Race, ethnicity, caste, or national origin
- Religion or belief
- Age or disability
- Marital or family status
- Any other characteristic protected by applicable law
7. Prohibited Activities
Employers are strictly prohibited from:
- Requesting payment from candidates for any part of the hiring process.
- Posting roles that involve illegal activities.
- Using the platform for data harvesting, scraping, or lead generation unrelated to hiring.
- Taking any action that violates these Terms or could damage the reputation of the Platform.
8. Account Approval & Moderation
KaaZ reserves the right to review, approve, or reject employer accounts and job postings at our sole discretion. Accounts or postings that violate this Policy may be:
- Temporarily restricted pending review.
- Permanently suspended.
- Reported to relevant regulatory authorities where appropriate.
9. Reporting Violations
If you encounter employer behaviour that appears to violate this Policy, please report it to abuse@kaaz.works. All reports are investigated confidentially.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform as an employer after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
