3. Resume Processing Disclosure

By uploading a resume, you acknowledge that the document will be securely parsed and processed by our systems to generate analytical feedback. Your resumes are analyzed to extract structural data, formatting integrity, and keyword alignment.

4. Third-Party AI Services

To generate advanced, qualitative career feedback (distinct from our core ATS algorithms), we may transmit anonymized segments of your resume to premier third-party AI service providers. These transmissions are secured and governed by strict data processing agreements that prohibit third parties from utilizing your specific data to independently train their commercial models without authorization.

5. Data Security

We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your personal information and documents. This includes encrypted transit (TLS/SSL), secure cloud storage environments, and strict access control mechanisms. However, no web platform is completely immune to cyber risks.

6. Your Data Rights

You maintain full ownership of your data. You possess the right to request a complete export of your data, correct inaccuracies within your profile, or request the definitive deletion of your account and associate resumes. To exercise your right to deletion, please email us at support@getkaaz.co.in. We will process your deletion request and securely erase your data within 7 days of receiving your request.

7. Data Retention

We retain your profile data and uploaded resumes only for as long as your account is continuously active, or as needed to provide you with ongoing services (such as re-scanning capabilities). Upon a formal account deletion request, your data is promptly purged from our active systems, subject to legal archiving constraints for payment records.
