1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KaaZ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly allow persons under 18 to register.
3. Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Job Seeker Obligations
- You must ensure all profile information, including experience and qualifications, is truthful and accurate.
- You may not create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity.
- You may not use the Platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
- You are responsible for the content of your applications and communications with employers.
5. Employer Obligations
- Employers must post only genuine, available job opportunities.
- Job postings must not contain discriminatory, illegal, or misleading content.
- Employers may not use candidate data for purposes other than evaluating job applications.
- Employers must comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws.

6. Employer Pledge — Zero Charges to Candidates
⚠️ All employers registered on KaaZ have pledged the following as a condition of use.
By registering as an employer on this Platform, you irrevocably pledge and agree that:
- You will NOT charge candidates any fee, deposit, payment, or consideration of any kind at any stage of the hiring process — including but not limited to application fees, training fees, assessment fees, background check fees, equipment fees, or any other charges.
- You will NOT ask candidates to purchase any product, service, software, or equipment as a condition of employment or consideration for a role.
- You will NOT direct candidates to third-party services or platforms that charge fees as part of the hiring process.
- Any violation of this pledge constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Candidates are advised to report any employer requesting payment to abuse@kaaz.works immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, content, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by KaaZ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. resumes, profile information). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Platform.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or crawl Platform data without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
- Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that job matches will be successful.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KaaZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
