When using KaaZ, you agree strictly to the following parameters:
- You will only upload resumes or professional documents that belong to you personally.
- You will not upload any illegal, defamatory, or maliciously intended content.
- You will not include highly sensitive corporate data, confidential business secrets, or classified information in your uploads.
- You will use the service in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
3. User Content License
By submitting your resume to KaaZ, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the content specifically for the purpose of operating the service. You acknowledge and agree that your uploaded resumes may be processed and analyzed by KaaZ systems, proprietary algorithms, and third-party AI models to generate insights and diagnostic scores on your behalf.
4. Disclaimers: AI & Outcomes
AI Advisory Disclaimer: All career insights, rewrites, and recommendations generated by our AI models are advisory and informational only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any suggested content before applying it to your professional profile.
No Employment Guarantee: KaaZ provides resume formatting feedback and score benchmarking. We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, recruiter responses, or any specific employment outcomes.
5. Payment and Monetization Terms
Our platform operates on a freemium monetization model:
- ATS Resume Analysis: Our core deterministic parsing and ATS compatibility scoring is provided completely free of charge.
- AI Career Insights: Advanced qualitative analysis is a paid service utilizing a credit system.
- Pricing Structure: Credits can be purchased in tiers (e.g., ₹9 for 1 AI analysis credit, ₹99 for 15 credits, ₹199 for 30 credits). Pricing is subject to change.
- A credit is consumed only when an AI analysis is successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaaZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, resulting from your use of the platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to terminate your account.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or attempted to bypass our credit consumption mechanics.
