Cancellation Policy

KaaZ operates on a decentralized, "pay-as-you-go" credit system for premium AI analysis. This architecture inherently eliminates the need for complex recurring subscription cancellations.

1. No Subscription Model

KaaZ does not have auto-renewing subscriptions. You are never locked into a monthly or annual billing cycle. You only purchase discrete credit packages when you require deep AI-generated resume insights. Because there are no recurring charges, there is absolutely nothing to "cancel" in terms of billing.

2. Stopping Use of Service

You can stop using KaaZ at any time without penalty. You do not need to notify us or navigate through a cancellation retention funnel. Simply log out and cease uploading resumes.

3. Unused Credits

If you decide to stop using the platform, any unused AI analysis credits remaining in your account will remain valid indefinitely. They will not expire, and they will be waiting for you if you decide to optimize your resume again in the future. We do not offer cash payouts for unused credits.

4. Account Deletion

While there are no subscriptions to cancel, you may wish to completely obliterate your presence on our platform. You can permanently delete your account—and all associated ATS scores, AI insights, and uploaded documents—via the privacy settings in your user dashboard. Note that deleting your account will instantly forfeit any remaining AI analysis credits.
