Refund Policy
KaaZ operates on a rigid pay-per-credit system for premium AI insights. Our refund policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and strictly tied to the successful delivery of digital analysis.
1. When Refunds Are Allowed
You are eligible for an automatic credit refund or a payment reversal under the following conditions:
- AI Analysis Failure: If you initiate a premium AI analysis and our system or third-party API fails to generate the report due to a technical error, the consumed credit is automatically refunded to your account balance.
- Duplicate Payments: If a technical glitch results in you being charged multiple times for a single credit package transaction.
- Missing Credits: If your payment is successfully processed and cleared by your bank, but the purchased credits are not deposited into your KaaZ dashboard within 24 hours.
2. When Refunds Are NOT Allowed
Because KaaZ delivers immediate, non-returnable digital goods (AI processing power), we strictly cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Analysis Already Generated: Once a premium AI analysis report has been successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard, the credit is permanently consumed. We do not offer refunds if you "disagree" with the AI's feedback.
- Credits Already Used: We cannot refund cash for a credit package if any portion of that package has already been consumed.
- Buyer's Remorse: Because our core ATS analysis is 100% free, you have ample opportunity to test the platform before buying credits. Therefore, we do not honor standard "buyer's remorse" refunds on credit purchases.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on a billing error or missing credits, please contact our support team at support@getkaaz.co.in. Include your account email, the transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue.
